“We don’t see things as they are, we see things as we are.”

– Anais Nïn

Founded in 2000, Invisible Culture is a corporate consultancy firm dedicated to guiding individuals and major corporations in developing the know-how and skills to thrive in ever-changing and competitive work environments. As corporate and societal landscapes continue to evolve - from working remotely to dealing with global communities – uncertainty and stress inevitably create problematic divides and counterproductive issues at many levels. Invisible Culture is at the forefront in the science of successfully navigating the challenges of key transitions and fostering efficient and healthy work habits and lifestyles.

Conceived by Katherine King, Interaction Intelligence Quotient (IIQ) is the groundbreaking method from which she designs a series of scientifically-based and custom-designed programs to provide foundational skills in building productive interpersonal and intercultural dynamics in companies and individuals.

Various studies indicate that 75% of employees recognize how relationships, trust, and culture are vital to functional interpersonal engagements. With comprehensive training and coaching in the system, teams from 1 to 100 are given the tools to use science, cross cultural awareness, and personality in unlocking the doors that separate people as individuals and groups. The system employs the same program developed by NASA in determining how specific personality types behave under varying situational stress, validated scientific theories on psychological studies, and two decades of professional experience.

At the core of the system is the recognition that our fundamental “differences” are not something to overcome but to understand and embrace. Using a 3-step method, IIQ tracks progression through awareness of self, awareness of the other, and adaptation to achieve the conscious ways of matching intent with action.
